I was surrounded by Indians on Sunday. Feared for my life!:help: Part:1. Make sure to read Part:2 for rest of Finds, some more goodies!

Quite am impressive mix of finds. The "dime slam" is always quite remarkable, but I think the 20 Indian Cents is most amazing from one place.
10 would have been impressive. Should be a great place to hunt for a little while longer.

Take care & HH.
Dan.

WOW JAMES I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A SITE THAT HAD THAT MANY INDIANS IN IT NICE JOB :beers: HH PHIL

Well, here is the last of Sunday's Haul. I found 7 Nickels which included 2 Liberty V-Nickels dated 1901, 3 Jefferson (War) Nickels dated (2)1943-p and 1943-d, and 2 Regular Jefferson Nickels, both dated 1948-d. For Wheats, I found 32 of them. They are dated 10-s,(2)12,13,14,15-d,16,17,18-d,19-s,26-d,34,(2)35-d,36,40,(3)41-d,44,(6)44-d,46,46-d,47-d,52-d,57-d, and 58-d. As for Misc. Finds, I found a few also. They are a 2 Junk Rings (Skull and Wedding Type), 2 Blank Buttons, 1 Button that reads Flour City with a Train on it, another Button that reads Acme Trademark, and yet another Button with an Eagle, an Aluminum Religious Pendant, an Old Earring, the Letter A (must have been the grade given to me for Sunday's Hunt Results), an Old Tube of Lipstick with some Designs on it and also 2 Woman Figures, an item with the word Lindsay on it, part of an Old Garter, a Buckle, a Large Caliber Bullet with 3 Rings, a Disney Character, a Simplex Sharpener Pat. Dec. 11, 06 No.650, and the Suspender item that reads Warren Hose Supporter Patented Feb. 18, 1873. That's the rest of the finds guys and hope you have enjoyed the Story and the Pics of the finds I hauled in on Sunday. Hope you find an area that yields just as much, if not more finds than what I got on your next hunt. Good Luck and HH.[attachment 98565 DirtyNickels.jpg][attachment 98567 CleanedNickels.jpg][attachment 98569 DirtyWheats.jpg][attachment 98579 CleanedWheats.jpg][attachment 98570 DirtyMisc..jpg][attachment 98585 CleanedMisc..jpg]

I don't think I will ever surpass 21 Indian Heads in 1 Day or even get close to that many ever again but you never know. Sure was an AWESOME hunt though and I was happy to have shared it with Rick and Lavonne. Thanks again and Good Luck and HH to you on your next hunt.

It was great to get the Dime Slam but to recover 20+ Indian Heads in 1 spot and to do this in 1 day was something I never thought of ever doing. Just think if it would have been the other way around with Silver. Just thinking about it makes me want to get back there and do some more hunting. Glad you liked my incredible results on a Sunday and Good Luck and HH to you where-ever you detect next.

I just hope the 2nd Round is just as productive but I won't know until this weekend if I am able to make it back. Thanks for the reply and Good Luck and HH to you.

All you have to do is keep your eye's peeled and look for possible site's that will hold some Old Coins that most likely no-one has detected before and you will find a spot like I did. Glad you liked the post and Good Luck and HH to you.

Go west a ways, over by the Big River, and you can find a bunch of Indians around there. They don't generally roast pilgrims much any more, unless they happen to catch a smart alec, in which case they might. Most often, a white guy surrounded by that many Indians would be a Bingo Caller. You are a heap good tracker and hunter James. Congratulations on the excellent results.

Glad you liked the results and hope to do well again on my next outing. We will soon see since the weekend is just around the corner. Good Luck and HH.:detecting:
