Couldn't take it anymore! Hit the sledding hills got a little clad, hit a deep Q that is froze in under the ice and dirt, so I will go back and get it after the thaw...nice to know where theres a q when you need one! Anyway, somebody answer me this...I'm gonna stop in a Radio Shack and get me a new plug for the headphones of the F70...do I get a mono or stereo 1/4" right angle male plug? my headphones have volume control on each can, and a "stereo, mono" switch as well..just help a brother out and save me the time of looking this up wouldja? I'm sure the answer will come quickly from a Northerner, since the Southern boys are all out digging or sunbathing this time of day...besides..they probably would think a "right angle male plug" is the plow mule on the Haw side of the cottonwagon...that is of course, if your mule was trained in proper english...mountainwilliams would debate this point and say "Gee" is to the right...I guess it depends upon what side of the ridge you grew up on, but a mule dont care one way or the other...dang I sure hate winter now!.

Thanks fellers! Hey Rick, yuppie wagon is right! I am noticing lots of them in the rich sections of town, may help me blend in a little as I hunt for their loot at the soccer fields! Maybe I can find a tweed jacket with leather elbows, and a nice sporty hat, and some loafers at Goodwill so I can really be camoflaged!
maybe I'll slap some hippie bumper stickers on it too! Hell, I might just get invited to a wine tasting, or poetry reading deal..It should be good for a laugh if any of my pals see me driving it!

Glad to hear you got out Mud. lol you gotta admit, its a sad thing to find a Q and not be able to pop it out. now if I can just figure out where that sucker is maybe I can get to it before Mud goes back for it.

Yeah Blade..when the 70 says Q, its a by gosh Q...or else a silver ring...believe me I tried to chip it out of there...I might just go again tomorrow at OhDark since now its bothering me...maybe take the propane torch and a pick? Man, I used to love the winter...but now, not so much. I did find some open water that I may get into this weekend...

If you get that thing out of the ground you gonna have to post a pic of it Mud,use it to scratch off lottery tickets, use it for flipping,It may be your lucky charm for the year. Propane torch sounds about right, I watched a video of a man using a propane torch to get at a target. Oh,was "keithie6" in fairbanks alaska. The man hunts in 40 degrees below zero. Anyway, good luck Mud. Maybe it was a butane torch, well it was a torch anyway.

There you go. Good you left that quarter. It may breed a couple more by thaw time. Hey, I'll loan you my tweeds and Bass tassel loafers. Be careful in that water. Not a good time of the year up for a dunking. HH jim tn

I Black tape the plug in where it connects to phone jack... keeps it from poping out..

The thing is, my original headphones are wornt out, they should be, 3 years of heavy service...I have them taped up with duct tape, the leathers are rotten, the plug is worn....So I got a set of brand new phones with the AT last summer, and since I keep the water proof ones on the AT all the time, I figured I'd cut the garrett jack off those new phones and solder on a fisher jack.
Mud

Let me know how the head phone project works out mud I thought about doing the same.I like those headphones that came with the AT
