I wish this ring was real!

I hit Zuma beach this morning and got a zinc reading in a washed out sand castle. When I saw the stones sparkle I thought I had found a good one. When I saw the size of the stone I thought I could retire . Then I saw the brass peeking out on one side of the ring. OH well! It got my blood pumping. Sorry the pictures are blurry.

Found a few of those myself! Today, I got a ring stamped 14k, and it's pure brass... even has a red stone.

Thanks for all the nice replys. I can't see any markings on the inside of the ring. I tested it with my diamond tester and they're fake, but they sure look nice.

Hey Paul, Family is well and business is good. It's nice to hear from you. We miss you're posts on the Califorina forum. I see you've changed your handle.
