Ice cream recipe ????

Anyone got a good ice cream recipe? My daughter came in for the weekend and wanted some home made ice cream. I found my old machine but couldn't find my recipe. The ones I found on the net are like rocket science. way to complicated. Let me know what ya got. And please make a post. jump in on this one. Thanks!

heres one for mint chip. its the only one i got....be warned I have not tried this one yet. so if you decide to please let me know how it turns out.

1 - can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3-4 drops green food coloring
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1 cup ( 6 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips


In a large bowl, combine milk, water, extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into a foil lined 9 in x 5 in.x 3 in loaf pan.
cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Lift out of the pan and remove foil. slice...Yeild: 8 servings.

Oh, yes, me son! Moose Tracks is delicious with its chunks of chocolate and peanut butter! Yum! Yum!

I'm sure I have some, as I collect recipe books......but where they are right now would be like trying to find a silver dollar while out detecting! They are here.....but boxed up or ???????? Hope your ice cream turns out creamy and delicious! Home made ice cream in an ice cream maker is very good the best I can remember, as I haven't had any for ages, ages and ages!
