ID HELP ON SPUR, MINIE & .32 BULLET

Found the following items at Missouri State Guard vs Union skirmish site in NW Missouri. I think spur is a Federal M1859 with foliate design. The Minie is pretty tough to measure but .54 seems to be the average & the small bullet with the domed base measures .32 cal.
 
From the one picture shown of the neck, it strongly resembles a Union Calvary Roster Neck Spur There are people out there who could straighten that baby out for you...... CCH
