I found this last month at an very old park buried deep. I have done many searches on the web and cannot find any information on this token. It won Token of The Month at Michigan Treasure Hunters Club meeting. Thanks for any help in advance.
 
Zodiac token for Birth Sign, of Capricorn, I would call it from the 1960s era when Disco and tie/dye clothing. Beatnic's and flower children and protesting the Viet Nam War was very Popular.

It may be much older than that, I found it 12" down. On Belle Isle Park in Detroit that dates back to 1800s. The picture does not do it justice. The Front is raised very high with the goat and the girl. The detail is very good and not cheaply made. Thanks though, you may be right. I did a tour in 72.
 
Personally, I think its a piece of junk <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> . No no Just kidding. I was with Jim when he found it. He was using the WOT and it was extremely deep. This place (Belle Isle) he was talking about, was in Easter & Western Treasure mag back in 1980"s as one of the best places to hunt in the U.S. People still pull Barbers and sometime even seated coins out of there. The token looks old, and I would guess before 1920 at lest. just my 2 cents worth.

I have tried searches using zodiac..astrology..exonumia..coin. Everything I can think of. But cannot get any information close to what this coin/token/exonumia looks like. Some Day I will find out when and where it was made and if it has any value.
