Was going to post this earlier and should have for whosoever needs reminded that Jesus cares for us and takes care of the burdens we give unto Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light! Matthew 11:30

(KJV) For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead; And that He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again. Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we Him know more. Therefore if any man be in Christ (saved by the blood of the Lamb by faith) , He is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things become new. And all things are of God, Who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation: To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation . Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: (Paul and his workers) we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled unto God. For he thath made Him to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. (Lord Jesus Christ our Savior)

The flesh is weak, but we no longer live by the flesh after we receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord and study the Word of God, diligently, and pray for our spiritual man to grow and our weak, selfish flesh to become less and less! )

May the Lord Bless and direct our footsteps, daily, to follow Jesus in the pathway we should go and in serving Him with joy and gladness! Amen! Ma Betty

learning to follow the Lord's words closer. I have been reading Kings in the Bible and they all either followed the Lord or didn't. And always a good or bad outcome. I want a good outcome, Steve in so az

Yes, the Israelites wanted a king and so God allowed them to choose one and just like America's citizens, they either chose good ones or bad ones....depending how things were going in their lives ...instead of worshiping God they began to worship idols and other gods because of those who came in and polluted their land just like different religions have by coming here in our USA! They practice their faiths, whether ungodly and unwise, while taking our Christianity faith and the right to practice ours in Jesus' name away! Even KIng Soloman had many wives and concubines that worshiped the wrong god and caused him to fall in the end of his life! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
