I'll stick to my current supply of 2 Explorers and not worry about the SE.

I think it is about time for a couple of pictures, not that I have that much to show but I'm satisfied with the contents. First batch is land hunting from my last motor home trip to a family reunion. Weather was in the mid 90's and ground hard as nails. Only thing I didn't show were the wheats from the early teens to the 40's plus the normal clad and junk.

Hi jb,

That livestock pin is great! What was it used for? Also nice job on the other finds as well!

Only thing I found out was the Company was formed in 1887 by Evans, Snider, and Buel and was bought out in 1911. Has to be some sort of advertising pin of some type and attached to something or another. They were part of the Livestock Commission which dealt in animals for sale and had other offices in other places, probably next to large R.R. towns

I use the Explorer 2 with the Explorer 1 as a backup, don't see a reason right now to add another. The SE would be nice, but am very happy and satisfied. I know my detector, may still be surprised at some digs, but being comfortable with a detector I KNOW can find the deep ones already is good enough!!

With the Explorer XS and Explorer II plus 4 other machines and all the loops I feel very comfortable with what I have and know I can find the deep ones if their anywhere around. I do not need a 7th machine and don't think my better half would be to happy.
