I'm done for the year!...

Ok, so I'll be up very early after dancing tonight and hitting that sledding hill hard. The old guy on the snowcat starts grooming at 6, so I gotta be there before him, full moon, no problem at all...final tally for 2012 is 10,185 coins, 806.29...Dont have any idea what to do this coming year, maybe save all the copper pennys seperate? Maybe make a electrolysis tank and clean up some brass tokens? maybe keep everything for a huge group shot?
Gonna try to punch through this weather and keep slinging coil. Happy New Year fellow Fisher Swishers!:buds:

Yep me to mud.Danger it!! Tried yesterday but ground to hard. Maybe when and if I ever get my coil back from Fisher I might do a road trip.(south) hh rick n mi.

You know Rick...I've been thinkin the same thing! Last year on this day I got 99 coins for over 12 bucks! This year, the ground is froze too deep. We oughta car pool up, and go ransack Jimtn's spot! Hit it for old glory! Or, my folks got a place down by Vero, and I know where the key is! Just thinkin...this is the worst weather for hunting for sure.

There is probably at least some wheats left, as I got 2 this morning. Thought yesterday the rain would get me today for a morning hunt, but it held off until noonish, or so. Nice soft, moist ground for digging and all the gold coins there are still there just waiting for a couple of yankee swishers. If you can get Elton off the couch, you can bring him too. Did hear, though, that he detected some guys lost keys in the snow this morning. Of course, pictures are proof of the pudding, so to speak. Happy New year everyone. HH jim tn

Got a future hunt site for freezing, and getting off the couch.............

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it was cold !! You know we yankees are sissy's when it comes to snow, rain, sleet, hard ground, muddy ground ........LOL

If you Rebs had fought more up North we might have lost the War !! .............:poke:

You are a workhorse for sure! I'm looking for snow when it gets down to 60 here in AZ. I have to wear pants a couple times a year in the winter months, talk about cold!

Slow start for the year..should have been a lot more money and zippers and whatnot...23 degrees, F70 ran flawlessly
Great job on finding those keys for that guy Elton:clapping:..Jim, you and Camp are going to have to keep us entertained with your finds until we get a thaw. Hey Rick, I hit a solid Q signal this am under the snow, and down in the dirt, and could not recover it! marked the spot for later when it warms up..
