I'm on a clad picture boycott. (Saturday Hunt.)

I refuse to post photos of my clad until I see some Canadian coins from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.

I went out today and never really got into it. I rushed from site to site. Probably should have stayed home. My first dig was a 925 ring, though. Cool group of dolphins. Pictured with the ring is an airplane fob of some sort. It weighs over an ounce. Heavy.

Back on a silver streak. Don't feel like detecting for the first time all year. I think I'll go out and get good and drunk.

925 silver in the first hole = a :) :detecting: nice finds.

Just for you lazy because you asked, sort of. I hit this new spot where the bark chips were bare. Only two coins. The grass was very good including the 925 ring that I found about 3 steps from my truck. The problem was the grass was tall and wet so I am saving it for another day. I found a lot of stuff today but my per hour coin average was a lot lower than normal for me. Yes, I track that too. I just wasn't all that into it today for some reason. I am fond of that pig watch too.

All of a sudden I feel like detecting again. My favorite site is calling to me.

Chris

Another milestone reached today too that I just noticed. Just passed $4000.00 in loot with my Garrett's. Took 101 weeks.

Congratulations! That's a lot of loot. The finds you make never cease to amaze me. I know it doesn't always come easy, and it's apparent you really put in the hours (driving and detecting). Main thing is to enjoy it. Well done! Sapper

thanks Chris just the motivation i needed  my boy asked if where goin detecting tomorrow now he"s found his first gold i think he wants more .

Good for him! I hope he finds more than I do. My gold finds are small and infrequent so far this year.

Chris

I am counting on Joel to come through for me.
