........I have 2 more weeks of therapy left...........Sept.1st,I am going to my Dr. and get full work release,I have 2 or 3 companies WAITING for my release to hire me,believe it or not,WOW!!!.....AND:September 11th falls on Sunday this year-The 10th anniversary of one of America's darkest moments;since December 7th,1941
.....AND if just so "coincidentally"happens;I am scheduled to do Lay-Reading that Sunday.WHICH MEANS???-I am going to play my guitar,and sing Alan Jackson's "Where Were You When The world Stopped Turning?",hopefully in BOTH Churches our Pastor takes care of......Finally,I am also all by myself,again.One woman I was occasionally seeing(NOT seriously)made the following comment to me,a little while ago....."I don't really want to hear you play your guitar;I'm not really into that"....
WELL,I shall NOT apologize for my 45+year "love affair"with my guitars,and it is a BIG part of me.........NOW,I am NOT saying I am a hidden Eric Clapton or anything like that,BUT-I shall NOT hide my love for my guitars;for it is what the LORD gave me;and if anyone cannot understand that, that is THEIR business..................AMEN,to y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Steve...........................
PS:Saturday,I am meting a lady friend of mine for lunch,THEN,OFF to THE GUITAR CENTER,in Flint,to play some o' them PRICEY 6- strings..........MAH-VELOUS,DAHLING..................
