Marcia told me that back in 2010,she bought a Florida vacation/ cruise form some Co.that called her,3 NITES in Ft Lauderdale,3nites cruise ship.Almost $900.00,by credit card.....She bought it as a present for her and her husband, but when her husband died last year,it was put aside,naturally....She had to use it before the end of this year, said it would be her and me go,now.......I thought,COOL!!!!...SO,she got out all the documentation info, and I started looking, put the website into the search engine,.....RIGHT TO THE B.B.B.website,which listed a TON of complaints against this CO...Money spent,no vacation, ignoring emails and phone calls,etc...ALL THEIR PHONES HAVE been disconnected,AS WELL AS E MAILaddress......SO,THE NEXT STEP is calling the credit card CO.,and try to get a refund...It's been a long time,though....That window may have closed,as it was 2010,when this was purchased...Does any of you think I have much of a chance of getting my Marcias money back?????SURE WORTH A TRY,I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED...Steve.

Maybe check in with the state attorney generals office in the state they are located in and file a complaint - if they ever catch up to them at least she will be listed as one who is owed money and hopefully with interest. Just a thought.

It's not going to help your past situation of trying to get Marcia's money back for the scam trip but I would strongly suggest the two of you seriously consider a small monthly investment with Lifelock to protect you both from this day forward. I truly hope you'll be successful in getting the money back on Marcia's credit card. Recently I applied for a credit card @ Meijer and within a few minutes of my accepting the Meijer approval for the card Lifelock called wanting to know if I was the one who applied for the card. Believe me...that brought me a lot of comfort knowing they were protecting me from a potential fraud.

I pray that God works it all out in her favor for the return of her money, but it has been a long time and there are lots of complaints against this business who is scamming the people, so only our blessed Lord can do what seems to be impossible to mankind! Hope and pray all is in her favor and her money is returned! Amen! Ma
