Impact and Updates and Blue Headphones not WORKING

Ok so i bought another impact after selling my first. Did not come with wireless phones. So i purchased a blue edition set that was supposed to be compatible.

Following the instructions it does not work. I then read i might have to do a software update. So i got to the site and it gives error 404 ..... so there is no where to update the impact and phones won't work.

Suggestions??

I found out i was shipped the wrong phones!! Problem will be fixed when i get the new phones.
