When I was a kid, I spent a lot of time in the out-of-doors and, as an result of that, I've had numerous surgeries for skin cancer since my sixties. Some were melanoma and others weren't. Yesterday the dermatologist removed an eraser size spot my right forearm. As he got down into the arm, he realized the spot got larger and ended up making an 1&1/2" long incision in the arm to remove all the cancer. It required 12 stitches to close the wound. After the numbing shot had worm off, the pain began but it settled down a few hours later. I don't have any idea how this will effect my ability to swing my detector, as I'm right handed. I'll just have to wait and see how it goes in the spring. I thank you all for your prayers of complete recovery. Happy Thanksgiving to you all and God bless.
