In your opinion... is the SE better in iron infested clay than the SovGT ??

The ground here is just that... iron infested red clay. I have three machines. A GT, a Tejon, and a T2. The T2 and the Tejon both handle the ground well but the GT leave's a bit to be desired. I can consistantly go over the same spot I just hunted with the GT, with either the T2 or the Tejon and find relics that the GT missed. The Gt was my first detector and with an inline probe, a digimeter, and 4 coils... I have a lot invested in it and I am trying really hard to like it but it not only does not work as well as the other two but it is heavier. I am well on the road to selling it and trying another high end machine, (like the SE). I am going to try working with it a little longer but I am about done with it.
I don't want to sell it and buy an SE and find I have the same problems though. So... is the SE better in iron infested bad ground than the GT?

Thanks...

Julien
