hunted for a couple hours this morning at an older farm home, managed to score some keepers.
5 wheats 1910, 1917, 1942, 1945, 1949s
and a 1943 Canadian..... Lincoln has one serious splitting headache

Found indian number 10 for the season 1902, and one silver for the day 1943 Mercury dime.

Little bit of clad and a suspender clip.

Nice Indy. Good read on the Liberty. How far are you from Connersville, Indiana? We are about an hour southwest of Dayton. I think Paul told me once that you were up around Lima or somewhere around that area. Could be thinking of somebody else.

that is correct, Lima is about 30 minutes east of me

Maybe we can get together sometime and you can show me how to find the good stuff. Once I get hooked up to the old sites near hear, I will feel better. Going to the court house on Monday to see about the platt maps. Got some from 1856 off the internet. Need to get some from now to compare. I am learning the fine art of research. Also, I am still looking for the Indys that you need. Will be seeing a dealer in a couple of weeks who may be able to help us out. I will let you know.
