Indians, silver, V nickel, wheats and crotal bell

Saturday met up with DiggerDan and we went knocking doors, first house was 1890s. I got a couple wheats, several 1940's nickels, so close to buffalos darnit....and one silver quarter. Then we went out to another house on the way home farmer told us it was never detected as he was born and raised there. So we figured it might be good.......well it wasn't! I got the crotal bell and that was it.

Today I went back to an empty lot I hunted this spring, got one silver and 2 wheats there at that time but it was real trashy so I wanted to give 2 tone ferrous a try, first old coin was a 1905 V nickel which I think might be the nicest V nickel I have ever dug! Then I got an 1897 indian which tied me for last yrs total injun count, then the second indian 1893 surpassed last years total injun count, Puts me at 58 for the year now.
Ended the day with a 1913D wheat
