A typical hunt, just like every one else's. Lots of junk, some loot and keepers. I hunted an old beach which hasn't been used for about 30 years. At about that time, there was 3 feet of water where I hunted, according to one of the locals. I have in the past dug up about 6 rings and lots of loot out of this area. The horse flies were hungry today, and took a few bites out of my shoulder.
The only ring I got today was flattened! I managed to reshape it without any real damage, and give it a nice polish. See the pic below.
Man, I gotta get out and do some swingin'. We usually travel north in the summer, but we're stuck down south visiting family for now. Ya' gotta get out early to beat this heat and it is hoT, hOT, HOT!!!
Happy Hunting!
