Installing Excal 2 PP / Disc switch?

Does anyone know of someone reliable to install a pinpoint / disc switch in the "T" handle of my excal 2? ( I think it's the Anderson straight shaft)
I have heard of it being done but do not want to attempt it myself. I am using my excal more often and find that switching back and forth by using the knob is awkward.
I live in Florida if that helps. I may also upgrade from the factory installed yellow headphones to ??? Recommendations?
