INTERESTING MILITARY CLASS RING, ANTIQUE WITH RUBY AND A SMALL SILVER

Dig

Hi Everyone! I havent been posting my finds this year really but I found something kind of neat and thought you guys might get a kick out of seeing it. I got up early this morning and found 3 rings in pretty quick order in the wet sand. The first of them was a 19.5 gram Military Class ring for someone from Fort Knox Ordinance Corps. The motto on the front says "Destroy Everything". I have already been in touch with the owners family through the ring manufacturer and it should be going home soon. The second was the small silver ring on the right and just after that I pulled up nice antique ruby ring. I stayed out there all morning but it was kind of funny how the rings came three in a row and then just coin and garbage for the next 2 hours. Thanks for looking! -Dig

My first year I posted a lot of what I found and someone who frequents the forums told me they thought it was in bad taste to show everything. I dont personally agree but, I didnt want to upset anyone so I kinda stopped. I read everyones though. :)

Nice finds Dig. Gold Nuggets :wiggle:

Just an update...Class ring returned! Thats my first successful class ring find and return. An interesting note...from tracking the owner down I was able to get an idea for how long that ring had been in the water. It went in the water on October 12 and I recovered it Nov 3. 23 days and 5 scoops later :)

Good Show Dig , on the returning ...better man then me / guess I'm,....... a Pirate.
