Invitation to try out an AT Pro

If you ever find yourself in Southwestern Michigan and would like to give an AT Pro a try....give me a shout. I'm not a dealer, not selling the machines, just love these detectors. I own 3 of them...so that leaves 2 other AT Pro's for others to use...so bring a buddy. I have put alot of hours in on operating this machine and would classify myself as very high Intermediate to Advanced but not a Pro on this machine. 2 are currently set up with the stock DD coil and the other is set up with the Super Sniper coil.

Disclaimer: Warning...I am not responsible for the deep desire to own an AT Pro after running one

About 5 hours South of you...South of Holland. How is the hunting up there? I have been thinking about a trip to the bridge...went there last summer, but didn't have any metal detectors at that time. We might take a trip to Traverse City within the next 2 weeks..still debating.

I think the old coins are tougher to find up here. This year I've found 1 V nickel, 1 IH, 2 Buffalo's, and few wheats, and few old toy cars. Up at Mackinaw City you can't metal detect by the fort and in the state park. Out of town from Mackinaw City I found a 10th regiment foot soldier revolutionary war button and few other things. I think the best places to find old coins up here is getting permission at old houses & old farm houses.

Wasn't there an old fort in your area?

Thanks for the generous offer, Itsawwgood!

Not really. All the cool Forts are across state and up North. There are alot of Indian burial mounds in my area...pretty cool. They are located on private lands and not protected, but should be. Many, many years ago when I was a teen I found 2 Indian arrowheads on our neighbors farm...I wish I knew how old they are.

Itsaawgood,

I wish you were along the east side Lake Huron..we will be up north soon and I have a AT Pro to try out....very nice offer!!!
