You should see the stupid stuff that I have seen on the highway that people do with them damn phone.It is bad out there,You have to watch every car and truck on the road.

I think they could make the car or truck engine stop running when they turn on the phone.If the PH ring while driving let the PH tell you you are driving and will call back.Pull over then stop engine and talk or tact all you want.My opinion.
