Is it just me or does it seem that most people that drive today have a phone growing out've their ears :ranting:

that instead of the engine shutting off, a loud siren would be set off in the car that could only be silenced by shutting off the phone.

following someone that may be suspicious or involved in a hit and run accident. Maybe a road rage incident where you might need to call the Highway Patrol. Here in Florida it's *347 on your cell phone. I know it may be a long shot but incidents like this happen to ordinary, law abiding people everyday. It would be awful inconvenient if I had to pull over and stop the engine to call the cops for help if someone is following me trying to do me or my family harm.

But, again, I am not saying that picking up the phone just to have a yak fest because I'm an hour away from home is the right thing to do.

El Camino, some how I did without a cell or pay phone, bet even Elson hasn't logged as many miles as I and I have pictures to prove it :)

Geez, now they give me a Mighty Tundra from Toyota, when will the madness end Ump!!!!!
