Is it my imagination or did they reduce the size of picture that you can post?

So make the picture smaller. It's pretty simple to do with any number of image editing program out there. Surely you have something that came with the camera that can do that?

If not, go here and get this Irfanview. It's free and will allow you to edit and resize pictures, among other things.

It's easy to use...
 
I use Picasa, Photostudio, Hp Photo and Imaging, Paint...you name it. Mostly I use Photostudio. I don't even use Irfanview, but I was going for "easiest". I actually downloaded it and installed it just to take that screenshot...call me nuts. :)
