Is the Explorer a true multi-frequency detector or not?

Hi Dell, no relation that I know of, sure would
like to hunt some of those great beaches in
Florida, hey, if my wife of 37 year's would for
some reason leave me( we been working on that for
36 1/2 years) I'd be in my motorhome headed that
way.
Best to you....jim

I agree Dell, but I see nothing disrespectful in my above reply.
Eric.

JM: Enjoyed your comment. Kept giving mine ample opportunity to go for over 41 years now. The longer she stayed, the more I wanted her to stay. Now, I simply can't get along without her. <IMG SRC="/forums/images/wink.gif" BORDER=0 ALT=";)"> HH BJR

Thanks for the reply. You are about 30 years too late. It's not easy finding Spanish Treasure near the surface on Florida Beaches anymore. I spent ten years hunting in the Bahamas, so you probably won't find any there either. but when you are surrounded by beatiful beaches, balmy breezes, clear water and tropical sunsets, who cares if they find Treasure.
I live in Mouse country, Florida (near Disney)so if you ever get down this way, give me a holler. Dell

Dave,
How I agree with you.
Most people don't realise that advertisers are mainly trained psychologists these days. they KNOW how to make you buy a product by putting you in a little box.
YOU are type B2, for example (not you personally) which is; 2 kids, mortgage, 2 cars, live in the suburbs. You havea XY type job and fit into the XXX$ income bracket.
My wife has two degrees in media and advertising, and I can ASSURE YOU, they target us ALL!
Engineers are suited to baffle the individual, for example if I said that a new machine has a "140dB input range with 38 correlated transmit signals, each of which is asynchronously demodulated with a complex quotient for ground matrix analysis" The average detectorist would drool. COME ON, I've seen it happen. To the techies out there, you'll know what I've just said is complete manure!
Give the above to an ad dept, and they'll come out with "38 individually analysed signals! PERFECT ground exclusion. 100% accurate discrimination".
People, it's this attitide that makes people BELIEVE they understand what they're being told, and because they REFUSE to believe they're being lied to because they consider themselves "informed" and "streetwise", a case of the "I'm too clever to be ripped of or conned mentality". THIS is what the ad guys play on.
Yeah, and drinking Budweiser beer and smoking Marlboro's makes me the object of every womans desire? IN MY DREAMS!(If this were true, I'd have died from sclerosis of the liver, or lung cancer years ago)!

Aurius, thank you for explaining how scientific modern advertising is.
Just in case you weren't aware of it, the advertising thread became sufficiently off-topic here, that I continued it at www.treasurenet.com/forum/locator , which, being a dowsing forum, is an internet environment conducive to much greater extremes of wackiness and controversy.
Another person (whose courage in doing so I really admire) and myself "did" an Electroscope ad.
The whole advertising thread is scattered and is preferably taken in sequence, so following it may be a bit of a challenge.
Knowing how advertising works can change a person's world view, so in my posts there I have included "Caveat Lectors" to warn off people who may not be ready to know in depth how it works.

Does anyone have the link for this Geotechnology forum? I'd like to read this comparison report.
