Is the MXT Pro the right choice for me??

[size=large]i'm no expert but know enough to recommend the MXT as a very simple and yet powerful machine. slap on a DD coil in your soil and you should do well. at least better'n most other machines.
as for it being a good choice for you only you can answer that. what kind of hunting you want to do dictates the best machine for you. the MXT is great for all around but there are those that do better for specific hunting. if i had to sell all my other machines i'd keep the MXT for all around hunting.

Thanks for the info bro. I am pretty sure I have made my mind up and getting a MXT Pro

Hey Clev. Maybe try to locate a reputable detector dealer in your area who knows about your soil conditions. You may be able to test drive a few different models/brands. Don't go it alone when you may have many resources to help you get the right detector. Good luck and HH. Matt
