Is the troy X2 as good as the tesoro silver Umax

I had the silver and was not that impressed-though it was very good for the price and was thinking of getting another light detector.
Just missed the troy X3 but what about the troy X-2 is it at least as good and the silver umax>

Hmmm---What didn't you like about the Silver umax? (just curious)-----It's a very popular detector & with excellent reviews.
 
I know I had two of them. I thought the eldorado umax, though not as deep was a much better detector. A used one is around the same price as the silver but a much better detector,in my opinion
