We all need to listen to the voice of the Lord in our lives. Let me share a story that I think you will find interesting. One of my friends shared this with me. Having several members of their family that died from colon cancer, would indicate that it was something that ran in the family. Well the remaining members of the family decided that they needed to get a colonoscopy to make sure that they didn't have it considering their age and family history. All had it done but one member of the family, That member could not do it because their spouse was terminally ill with cancer of the brain. The family kept urging that member to get a colonoscopy. Here is where the Lord begain to work. The Lord began to speak to that [ersons sibling to make sure it was done. The Lord wanted this done, but how with no insurance how could it be done? There was not enough money to pay all the medical bills for the colonoscopy. The cost was going to be $ 6-8 thousand dollars. Well the Lord said if you listen to me I will work it out. To make the story short, The colonoscopy was done for $ 745 dollars. And cancer was found, and removed because it was done in the very early stages. We all need to listen to the voice of the Lord, He is an ever present help in the time of trouble. This a great example that God loves us and wants us to listen to Him so that He may work in our lives.
