I went back to the Beach where I found the New York Militia Plate last month. This item was about 6 - 8 inches deep and about 30 yards from the N.York Plate along with some more Flat buttons and Old Coins. I will list another Whatisit on the Coin or Medal. Most everything that I find on this Beach is from the 1800's. I do not have any referance for this items..Thanks-goldnugget I enclosed a ruler along the bottom of this item.
