I found this a while ago but now just had a chance to post this. Does anyone know if this is a bona fide tootsie car?if it is it’s my first!

They usually say Tootsie on the underside up in the cavity of the casting.
Give it a light scrub with a toothbrush and it should show.

Great car
Congrats

Should also indicate made in england. Front hood implies a stylized Austin Healy. Let us know what you find.Peace

I see Mattel and hot wheels on the bottom so that means it would not be a tootsie then , right rferrari?

The style of your car is in the style of many European cars. Jag, MGA, Healey etc....
Many of the Hotwheels have what they are styled after on the bottom under the Hotwheel logo.
Maybe try to clean it more and it's there.

Still say that's a cool car

Th ank you huntindog I agree with you it’s a cool car. I will do a better job of scrubbing underneath to see what it shows. Thanks once again!
