Is this even real?!!!

It looks like they found this site in an earlier expedition and came back equipped to record and search it. He handled the clay jars with such great care then rubbed dirt across an ancient gold coin.
Indicates the person plans to melt the gold since selling the coins could bring unwanted attention.
When my son was in Afghanistan, the shops would sell coins found by Afghani treasure seekers that were often accompanied with pictures that showed the coins in clay jars like the ones in the video.
He used to send me pictures of the gold and silver coins but neither of us could identify them. They looked real but Afghani's often counterfeited antique guns, knives, and coins to sell to US servicemen stationed there.
