We are finally finished with the house!!! I was at the peak of the house painting when from around the corner of the house stepped the FHA inspector. ON SUNDAY!! I about fell off the ladder. All I could say was "What are you doing working on Sunday!!" He just laughed and said he didn't live to far away and thought he would stop by and check our progress. He gave us the all clear signal, we had met all the requirements and could go ahead with the scheduled closing on Friday! Praise the Lord, ours, and your prayers have been answered. Thank you guys so much for being there for us.
Carol took the picture, I think, to prove that I can actually do work around the house. <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> I have a strong suspicion that she will use the pic against me the next time she wants something done. <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">
Now, lets see, I'm off next Thursday and Friday with nothing to do. Hmmm...I predict a little MD'ing is in my future!

It is done - how great the feeling. Congrats Doug on finishing the house and now praying you get a little fun and relaxation in (while the wife is working on the next Honey Do list) <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">
