I talked to Mary and the "2500 is doing good"
1350 for now is it. Well I guess I'll go ahead
and get another. Duhhhh, Best to all, RichardnTn

That's good Richard! Because I just bought a 2500 this year and I would not want it replaced this soon.
I have a 5 year warranty on it though.
I have the 12.5" imaging coil for it and want a 10" X 14" DD as well to try out for prospecting and beach detecting in All-Metal ID. I did not test but I wonder if the 12.5" gets coins deeper than the 9.5"??
Is the 'only advantage' the 1350 has over the 2500 is it can image on all coils including the 4.5"?? It looks like it has a different type imaging system than the 2500 with only 3 sizes as well.
I wish Garrett would have more numbers for more detail. Now there is about 24 discrimination blocks. I wish there were at least 48 or 100.
Cheers Richard and all!

The 12.5 will get you another 2-3 inches over the 9.5.
The 1350 doesn't really have any advantage over the 2500, it just offers a lot more for less money in a mid range detector.
