It really happened!!! Moving Meditation #5

I have been using my Portable Park Bench (collapsible aluminium cane) and two young people stopped and asked me if I needed any help or should they call 911? I guess when you get up you shouldn't moan and groan that loud? I told them what I was doing and they kind of looked at me like I should be doing something that old men do instead. I think I will take up rollerblading!!!
Anyway I got out and had just enough fun to scare the bejeebers out a few people. Not really intending to do so but it happens. It was a good meditation and I came home tired, calm and relaxed.

I love it, Z, just love it. I heard of at least one instance where a guy hunted out of a powered wheel chair and his wife dug for him. I hope I don't ever have to go that route because there ain't no way my wife will dig for me. Well, maybe a 6' deep hole. Keep on swinging. HH jim tn

6' deep hole, WIFE, all in the same sentence. Jeez Jim don't give my wife ideas like that. Our wife's may get together and figure it out they might be better off with out us?????

Well I didn't get out today as planned but I am glad to see that you did!! Nothing more satisfying than a heavy pile of coins in the pouch.
