It was a blustery, but comfortable morning at the beach for a 3 hr. hunt yesterday.......a "golden "morning

Had to work the wet slope sand area because the low tide was not too far out.

This 18K ring was about 8" deep; medium tone ...with a slight "Kazoo" buzz to it...thought it might be a pull tab, but I dig everything and was surprised to see the ring nestled in the mound of wet sand .

No marking inside the band, but there is a hallmark on the outer side of the band; acid tested 18 K ( tested twice to be sure)

Trying to trace the hallmark, but it is so tiny, I need to find a stronger loupe to see it in more detail; could be India...just a guess .

It's a rather large ring ( size 10) , but with a very thin band...this could have accounted for the "kazoo " buzz....???

Here's some pics

Thanks for looking
