Amen Theresa! If we don't stand up for what is right than we will fall for anything! Since I don't have anything positive to say about Obama, I will say nothing from now on! I will just let those who think Christians shouldn't post negative things about BO, then let them fall where they may and believe what they want! We are here to occupy in Jesus' place until He comes to take us Home...this doesn't mean agreeing with the bad things that are being done to our county! Many people didn't listen to those who were against Hitler and then it was too late! I love the Lord and I hate to think what is going to happen to this nation and most of the people...many will be left behind in the Rapture of the Saints, so to keep that from happening I try to warn people the best I can! May not do any good, but I try to do my part as a Child of God! I only post what I know to be the truth about BO and I am certain there is a lot of secrecy that is bad that we don't know about him, but can guess, for he is not to be trusted! PERIOD!! Will be lurking and praying for those who need prayers! May God Bless! :angel: Ma Betty
 
One particular passage puts it all in perspective for me...Philippians 2:14-15. 14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, 15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world. Pretty simple,huh? Murmuring (complaining and whining) has no place in the day to day life of a Christian! We live and serve in a fallen world....and are surrounded by people who do not have our relationship with GOD...of course they are going to be sinful, of course we are going to be hurt by the things they say and do and most politicians certainly fall into that category. When I gave my heart to Christ, I was NEVER promised a rose garden, but I don't let that continually change my presence as a Christian. I liked a lot of what Theresa had to say, but need to add a couple...

It is TIME for Christians to stop WHINING and start putting their energy into making a difference!

It is TIME for Christians to start sounding different from the world when they open their mouths and their hearts! What good is it to spew good words part of the time? Even Obama can do that!?!

Just like yourself Ma Betty, I also watched this man way before he was elected and discerned him very early on for what he is. Obama and his followers are the bearers of complete Ruin, he has in fact told America he is a Muslim, and he has in fact done as he said he would do to our Nation.

We can, we should, pray and mourn for Obama and his followers, and God would never be so errant, to allow us a form of government we can participate in, just to have us sit idle on our rear ends and hide behind the skirts of Pastors and their President Lyndon B. Johnson 501-3C Churches.
