I bought a Garrett GTI 1500 a couple years ago.I was putting batteries in and noticed my battier holder was cracked.
I called them and asked what it would cost for a new set the girl goes we replace those free.I said thank you but it out of warranty
she said no problem we will still send them.Best service in the world
