It's not very often you get excellent phone Tech help but those folks at BlackBerry are not only sharp but know their phone, I'm a happy camper again,

sent me data base files right from Blackberry and said read this stuff Ray :clapping:

Seems the problems I was having was not my fault but Blackberry's because the Blackberry Bold is a new phone and the Manuel did not explain in detail how to separate contacts from business to personal, Alex walked me right through it :thumbup:

I can now separate my business contacts from personal contacts and move pictures from folder to folder on my Blackberry :clap:

See, we Mac people do think different, I bought a Blackberry and like it alot instead of a iphone, this will put a smile on Butch's face :biggrin:
