We had sleet from 3am till noon! Mixed with the sleet was an occasional flake or 2 of that white stuff...I think it is called snow. We actually had some accumulation of sleet here and there in the yard in central Fl (Springhill). I told my youngest son to go out and look in the wheel barrow almost 1/2" of sleet! We did not get above 40 for 2 days. Two nights ago it was 15! Of course I have seen it colder it was in the single digits in the mid 80's if I remember right!

What is bad about this weather we have here in Fl is it goes from high 90's with heat indexes in the mid hundreds to the 60's or less.

No in between.

Then we get these dang arctic fronts and adds more injury to us tender Floridians!

I told the wife this is just a preparation of what we will be dealing with when we move to Tn. when I retire. Except there will be GRADUAL changes (I hope).
