Couple hours out today, been a while since a 3 silver hunt. They all came from a 30 foot long curb strip, I saw the the1935 Quarter sticking out of the dirt when I pulled up to the curb looking for a spot to hunt. Iron was next to one of the Quarters and the dime. The belt buckle is "HICKOCK" silver plated, token is "Glen Iris dairies, triple x milk, return with bottle for 5 cents". I think all finds are from 1930's era? I got lazy and scanned, sorry about quality of pics

Scanned or not- great finds! Congrats on simply being able to dig- the great coins are a bonus!

Glad your getting out as here in Pa. only remember one year I hunted in Jan....In old communities tree lines can really produce but many homeowners that care for the tree line can be a problem.

If you do have a problem with one just move on....a smart detectorist would contact the municipality and get permission to protect yourself in any case as some municipalities have local ordinances...
