Has anybody ever had one? I got mine when I was 12 in 1973 and have been detecting ever since. Still works good. I presntly have a fisher 1236-x2 and a Whites classic ID that I use, but I will never get rid of the Jetco for sentimental reasons.
 
My folks got it at a flea market for around 10 bucks. This was around 1982 or so. My first detector. I wish I still had it.
 
I got a couple as throw-ins on detector trades a few years ago. Took one of them to the school down the street and found about as much shallow clad as I normally find there. Glad we're past that point in detector technology <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">.
