Has anyone heard anything from Joe? Is he still active here? I understand he fell in a hole while out in the bay detecting. Was rescued and hospitalized. Had hypothermia apparently. Hope he’s doing better and on his way to a full recovery.

He still posts here on occasion. He is home and recovering. He put up a post on another forum about what happened. I will not copy and paste it here. I'll let him decided if he wants to put the details up here.

Sounds like he will be back in the water before too long, doing what he does exceptionally well, digging up old gold that was lost a long time ago.
