YES you read correctly. I'm givin' away the 1833 CAPPED BUST DIME I found less than 2 months ago with the Sunray X-12 coil during a field test.
It came from the cabin site on private property which Darrell and I have obtained written permission to hunt.
Why am I doing this?...because I appreciate all you fellers' on the forum....and the mutual respect many of us have for each other here.
The respectful, appreciative responses and numerous PM's I have received from many of you mean a lot to me. Attention means nothing to me...but respect means everything to me.
I don't care about selling anything I find but I DO enjoy sharing my finds and hunts with all of you. I have had a lot of good hunts at this cabin site and many of you have been there with me from reading my posts. Well...here ya' go. Somebody's gonna' get this 1833 capped bust sweetie dug there less than 2 months ago.
1st place: 1833 Capped Bust Dime
2nd place: 1908 Barber dime
3rd place: Minelab embroidered patch
4th place: Minelab hat/vest pin
5th place: Minelab hat/vest pin
I know many of you are snowed in or have completely frozen ground so I hope this contest relieves some of the "cabin fever" for you.

My ultimate goal sometime during the next year...to obtain a "mystery clod" from the cabin site and have a contest for it. Problem is that signals are few and far between at this place.
I'll try my best though fellers'. If I do get one...have a contest for it...and it ends up being a 3 cent piece...I'm gonna' be ticked off though
...'cause I've never found one.
I'm gonna' keep this contest plain and simple...and pretty much like the previous ones. Pick a number between 1 and 250. You can pick another number if you want...but ya' ain't gonna' have a chance at winning if you do.
PLEASE TYPE YOUR GUESS DIRECTLY IN THE SUBJECT HEADING OR IT WON'T COUNT AND WILL BE DELETED.
Also make sure you don't guess the same number as someone else or it won't count.
I have already drawn the number at random and will NOT look at it until I decide to end the contest and match the number to the winning guess. There is NO set time for the contest to end. It will run at least a week to 10 days probably...then I will just decide to end it when the urge hits me
UPDATE 2/6:.I added a 1908 Barber dime to the contest...so what I did was add 50 more numbers to the hat (from 1 thru 200....to 1 thru 250)....then RE-drew a winning number..along with 2nd thru 5th place numbers. Nothing will change...your guesses will remain the same...but there is now one more prize for you to have a chance at winning. I will not look at the numbers until I end the contest and match the numbers to the winners.
