Got out for a hour today, and only had to walk down the street for this new
spot, a 1827 home.

Owner also just removed the old privy and said if I want to dig I could. Never dug
one before, I guess it would be interesting?

I think I know someone that would help me dig!

Does the button have anything on it or is it plain? cool knife thing lil buddy , and yes u do know someone will help u dig it out!

front looks plain, but some think on back "LOU" "ANCE" are part of the name on button.
Couldn't find my button book to look up full name. Those are just parts of names.

AJ, the back of the button should get pretty clear if you hit it with an ink eraser. You'll do no harm, as the letters are generally recessed. See if the "ance" turns out to be "orange".
