Hit a spot this morning with my F 75 LTD and right off I was getting a good bit of chatter. As some of you know, I run the LTD fairly hot, disc of 4 and sen 85 and higher. There were some over head power lines nearby, so did all the usual things like freq. shift, lower sen and upped disc. And, all to no avail. Usually, one of those things, or combination of things will quiet the LTD down. Anyway, not to drag this out, but I checked my coil connection and was able to tighten it about 1/8th of an inch and immediately, the LTD quieted right down. And it ran quiet while swinging just a few yards away from the power lines. So, it's a good idea to check the coil connection on occasion. HH jim tn

Good reminder Jim. I know I forget the easy simple fixes sometimes.

Good reminder Jim. Those 'forehead smack' moments..

Yep, done that a couple of times... good catch!

Yep, one of those interesting things about using an analytical mind appropriately. Good job.
