Just got a phone call from my Daughter.....

My daughter Jeanie just called me and was crying. She told me that she had found out that her husband has been cheating on her and may have gotten another girl pregnant. She has two children children with this man, a 2 1/2 year old boy (Kaleb) and a 1 year old boy (Kyran). She is leaving him and is on her way to our house to live.

I thank God for my daughter and my two grandchildren and will do anything for them. I have had my doubts about her husband ever since he married her. Just call it a cops intuition. I know he has not been faithful to her in the past, she would not have believed me if I told her because he was the love of her life.

I ask that you pray for her and the children and that God guides her and she follows his will. Adding three more to the household is going to be a little ruff at first but I know we will make it through it with Gods guidance.

Thank you for your prayers,
Randy

does not give you more than you can handle - says so in the Bible. I'll surely pray for you all, steve in so az

traveling on the straight and narrow road to do His work for her and her children's good! We need to pray for her straying husband, as he needs Jesus as his personal Savior....so he's in my prayers too for salvation and hopefully to save their marriage!

God Bless!

Having been a policeman I know what you mean about the 'cop's instinct' Randy. Satan is working hard to tear CHristian families apart. It is hard for us to keep our eyes on Jesus and the Word when we are being tossed to and fro with our emotions. Never lose faith in God.

I went through 2 divorces and my first marriage was 'the love of my life' which lasted 18 years then it crashed. The second marriage I tried to find 'someone so I woldn;t be lonely' and that 7 years of torture ended too. I had no intention of ever marrying again. I stopped 'looking for love' and decided I just needed a friend I could trust (and as you know for a cop to trust anyone takes a lot). I met my wife Sherry on the Internet just chatting and we met. I was able to move out of a terrible situation and found sanity. Neither I nor Sherry wanted to marry anyone again (she too had been hurt by a failed first love marriage - an abusive, physically and metally one) so neither of us wanted to fall in love with anyone.

When we stopped looking God was there and put us together. We have fallen in love and we have now been married for 4 years. We we let go and let God - He put true love together.

I mention this because I am sure your daughter will need to know there is a future - a bright one - if she puts her faith in God.
Hope this is helpful.

As I said Satan is out to destroy marriages and family. He knows the time is short for him. We need to share our situations so that we may 'pray one for another' and to fellowship as we do here to help us keep our eyes on God.

Ro 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
(KJV)

We don't understand sometimes how God can have anything good come out of some of our situations - especially divorces, child custody battles, illnesses and so on. I just remind God of this verse and that Isa 55:11 says "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
(KJV)

I stand on His WOrd and in faith expect Him to accomplish good out of what has happened - for His glory.

Though it hurts alot tell Jeanie to trust in God - He will see her though this.
