I stopped at a campground along the Missouri River in North Dakota and hunted for awhile this afternoon. It was beautiful. It warmed up to 82 degrees with a light breeze.I found a good mix of clad coins around the playground equipment. It was damp river sand so it was easy digging. There were about 40 Canada Geese on a sand bar watching me.I watched 2 boats drift through a hole and catch some walleyes and sauger.Life was good.I have no idea how many coins or how much I found.I tossed then in a plastic container and they'll get cleaned after the next hunt. The MXT Pro has made detecting fun again.Bill

Sounds like a great hunt Bill. I often hunt spots along the coast here that are so beautiful and scenic that it really doesn't matter what I find. If the huntin's slow I just have more coffee breaks and enjoy life. On a totally different note, I ALSO had a group of Canadian Geese fly in and watch me hunt yesterday and we don't hardly ever see those around here. Thanks for the story.
