And at one time I questioned the Xterra 305 and wondered if I should have gotten the 505.
Nope I made the right choice. Spent just over and hour and half, and just decided to call it quits.
Did the leaves at home in the morning with the wife, and it was still cold and damp, but I said I was going back. Walked over a lot of pennies. Just didn't feel like getting down for them. Didn't bring my knee pads and
it shows on my pants.
Overall I was happy...

Congrats. on the great clad find Bruce. I, too started with the Ace 250 and while I was learning and gaining experience in MD'ing, it was a great machine but moving to the X-terra 705 has opened up a new world for me. I've gone over parks and fields I dug many times before and keep finding coins. In addition, switching to the 6"DD Coil has given me even more success.
