Been polishing up the Ace for the future hunts. When ever they come ?
When I bought the Ace I also bought the 9 x 12, and later when Kellyco came out with the new 10 x 14 DD coil I bought that one also.
But since the 9 x 12 is just sitting there I offered it to one of my buddies. So with the money I'll be buying the Sniper coil.
Only used that coil 3 time since I had the Ace.
Since everyone are always talking about the sniper I decided to get one.
Don't even have to ask the wife. Just transfer the cash over for a new toy.
Now we just need to get rid of all the white stuff..

Why did you change to the DD? Do you have a lot of mineralization in your area?

My area is pretty good. It was on sale for $99.00 so I took it.
Great in pin pointing also.

Yeah, I've always preferred double "D" search coils myself because they cover more ground at depth than the concentric search coils. I love that 10"x14" Excellerator that KellyCo sells. It's very lightweight. I've been using it on my old GTAx 1250 and it's awesome. Great at the beach and wide open areas/fields, etc.Happy Hunting!
