My spectrum is too heavy, can be used for short periods so I can switch for a little rest. I just ordered a 250 because I heard some good reports. I tried one when I was prospecting on a creek for some gold.
I thought I might find some relics around my camp. I did find an old nickle and only used it a short time because prospecting is work, dig and hunt black sand. I also tried my pan . I usually took a few five gal. buckets of my diggings back to the camp site so I could run it through my" Desert Fox" and high bank sluice that I built.
Any one with suggestions or info on the 250 let me know. I am all ears and always appreciate comments and ideas.
I just joined this net a few days ago liked the humor and the fellowship that seems to prevail. I love the outdoors, it is my living room, primitive camping is my cup of tea, I never take the comforts of home with me.
